We often get questions regarding a few common fees that can be associated with our daycare and boarding services. A brief explanation of the these fees is below. Please see the FAQs section of our website for more details on these topics.
After Hours Fee: Although we are staffed 24/7/365, we are minimally staffed after normal business hours (Monday-Friday 7:00am-7:00pm, Weekends 8:00-5:00), therefore it is ideal for us to have as many pick-ups and drop-offs as possible done during normal business hours.
Daycare Collars: As stated throughout our new client on-boarding process, we require that all dogs have a quick release collar. If a pooch shows up for daycare or a boarding stay without one, we will automatically sell you one.
Bordetella Vaccination: As stated throughout our new client on-boarding process, we require the bordetella vaccination every 6 months. We offer this vaccination in house and will call you before administering it. Dogs with expired vaccinations are subject to being placed in private accommodations.
Private Accommodations: Dogs who are displaying repeated behavioral issues throughout a boarding stay or have expired vaccinations are subject to being placed in private accommodations. This service comes with multiple outdoor walks per day in lieu of playing with the other dogs. It is much more time consuming for our employees and is therefore more expensive than standard boarding.
Vet Transportation: Should we need to take your dog to the vet during a daycare or boarding stay, this service is subject to a fee. We can usually accommodate getting a dog to a vet within 5 miles of our facilities.
